The problem is we all have so many problems.

At every given moment, we have a problem with something, someone, or ourselves.

We are scared. We are anxious. We are tired. We are unsatisfied. We are suffering. We are restless. We are in pain. We are sad. We are unloved. We are alone.

The list is quite literally endless.

For every problem, there must be a perfect solution.

A perfect solution that doesn’t just temporarily fix the issue.

A perfect solution that dissolves the problem forever.

Maybe the perfect solution isn’t what you think it is.

Maybe the perfect solution isn’t about finding a solution at all.

Maybe the perfect solution isn't about fixing anything.

Maybe the perfect solution isn’t about doing anything.

Maybe the perfect solution is all about understanding.

Understanding the problem.

Understanding the root of the problem.

Digging deep into the ground to uncover what is hidden.

Then simply observing everything about it.

Leaving no stone unturned in this process.

Not running away and not hiding.

Putting a face to the problem.

Putting a name to it.

Seeing where it comes from.

Making notes on how it arises.

Observing when it takes hold of your thoughts and emotions.

You have been conditioned to think that only actions will solve your problems.

Taking action either does nothing or only provides a temporary relief.

Why would you ever settle for temporary relief when there is a permanent solution?

A magic trick is only magical when you don’t understand how it works.

Once you understand how the trick works, it no longer has an effect on you.

Your problems are all magic tricks.

Understanding is the key that unlocks the gate to freedom.
