The one who is serious about meditation does not sit down once a day for an hour to meditate.

If he meditated for an hour each day, only one hour out of his day would be lived in peace.

The one who is serious about meditation understands that meditation is not an action.

An action implies doing something in the pursuit of getting somewhere.

The one who is serious about meditation understands that meditation is a way of life.

And whatever is a way of life is not something that is done for just one hour a day.

It is something that is done at every moment of every day.

Therefore, the one who is serious about meditation turns everything he does into a meditation.

He is able to do this because he knows that there is nowhere to go.

He is able to do this because he knows that there is nothing to get.

He is able to do this because he knows that there is nobody to become.

Meditate like Christ.

Not just for an hour but for the rest of your life.
