The hope of second chances and a tomorrow only exists for the one who does not give their best in the moment.

He who always gives his best has no time for hope.

In other words, he is utterly hopeless.

He is hopeless because he understands how hope tricks the spirit into believing a story that is not based on truth.

He understands that hope is just an excuse for not giving his best.

He understands that he doesn’t need hope.

He doesn’t need hope because he knows.

Knowing and hoping cannot coexist together.

It’s always one or the other.
