This type of silence requires one to dive deep into their trauma.

This type of silence requires one to stand tremendously alone.

You have to become aware.

Aware of your speech.

Aware of your fears.

Aware of your anxieties.

Aware of your guilt.

Be aware of all that causes you noise.

When you can die to all that, you will be reborn into the beauty of silence.
